Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Shipping times vary based on location.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once processing begins, changes may not be possible.

Do you offer local delivery?

Yes! We offer local delivery within Greenville, NC and Winterville areas.

What days do you deliver?

Local deliveries are made on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

Is there a delivery fee?

Yes, a flat delivery fee of $6.99 applies to all local orders.

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes! Orders over $50 qualify for free local delivery.

When will my order be delivered?

Orders placed before 12 PM on a delivery day may qualify for same-day delivery. Orders placed after will be delivered on the next scheduled delivery day.
